Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.
  3. Once the kernels start to pop, shake the pot every few seconds to make sure all the kernels pop.
  4. Once the popping stops, turn off the heat and remove the pot from the stove.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the seasoning mixture over the popcorn and stir to combine.
  7. Serve the popcorn and enjoy!
