Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
Directions
- Season the pork tenderloin with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken broth to the pressure cooker.
- Place the pork tenderloin in the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure cooker naturally release for 10 minutes and then release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the pressure cooker and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the pork tenderloin into 1/2-inch thick slices and add butter to the pressure cooker.
- Add the pork slices to the pressure cooker and cook for 1 minute.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
