Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Season the pork tenderloin with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken broth to the pressure cooker.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure cooker naturally release for 10 minutes and then release the remaining pressure.
  5. Remove the pork tenderloin from the pressure cooker and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the pork tenderloin into 1/2-inch thick slices and add butter to the pressure cooker.
  7. Add the pork slices to the pressure cooker and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
