Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 rutabaga, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain off fat.
- Add potatoes, onion, rutabaga, salt, pepper, parsley, and butter. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Divide the filling between the two pie crusts. Fold the edges of the crusts over the filling and press to seal.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
