Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix together.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter, eggs, milk, and honey. Mix together until well blended.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in cranberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
