Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice bananas into 1/4-inch slices and place in an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the bananas.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Spread the mixture over the top of the bananas and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
