Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the pineapple, cranberries, sugars, spices, and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Serve warm or cold.
