Directions

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the potato and pepper mixture and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Serve the frittata warm.
