Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked crabmeat
- 1 lb cooked shrimp
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 lb lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add Alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread 1/3 of the sauce over the noodles, followed by 1/2 of the shrimp and crabmeat.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering with remaining noodles, sauce, seafood and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
