Seafood Lasagna with Crab and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked crabmeat
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 lb lasagna noodles
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, salt and pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Add Alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread 1/3 of the sauce over the noodles, followed by 1/2 of the shrimp and crabmeat.
  7. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layering with remaining noodles, sauce, seafood and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
