In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the ribs with the mixture and place in a large roasting pan.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional hour.
Take the ribs out of the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
