Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the ribs with the mixture and place in a large roasting pan.
  4. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional hour.
  6. Take the ribs out of the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
