Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cups of Spanish peanuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper and onion powder.
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil and Spanish peanuts.
- Add the sugar mixture to the peanut mixture and stir until the peanuts are fully coated.
- Spread the peanuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
