Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Add the onion, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the beef broth, yogurt, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard, and bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
Stir in the parsley and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
