Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground pork until browned and no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the beef broth, yogurt, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard, and bring to a simmer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the parsley and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
