- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add the milk, honey, vanilla, and melted butter and beat until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes in the pan before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
