Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add the milk, honey, vanilla, and melted butter and beat until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes in the pan before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
