Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond butter, honey, eggs, baking soda, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. Stir in oats, walnuts, and raisins.
  4. Drop dough by tablespoons onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
