Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, white vinegar, jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, and salt. Mix until everything is well-combined.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the wings from the marinade, and place them on the grill. Grill for 7-10 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Serve the wings hot, with your favorite dipping sauces.
