In a large bowl, combine the black beans, red beans, white beans, cream cheese, sour cream, green chilies, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
