Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can red beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, red beans, white beans, cream cheese, sour cream, green chilies, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
