- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until combined.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, stirring to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the onions are softened.
