Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until combined.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, stirring to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Stir in the green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the onions are softened.
