Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, flour, and salt. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared pie plate.
- In a large bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add the condensed milk, coconut flakes, vanilla extract, almond extract, and coconut extract. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the pie is set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
