Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1 inch meatballs. Place the meatballs in a slow cooker.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve over cooked pasta, rice, or potatoes.
