Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1 inch meatballs. Place the meatballs in a slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over cooked pasta, rice, or potatoes.
