In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken in a shallow dish or large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.
Cover the dish or seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
