Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups cooked chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the pork and cook until it is no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture into the wok and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve hot.
