Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cups cooked chow mein noodles
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork and cook until it is no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture into the wok and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked noodles and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot.
