Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
- Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Transfer the pudding to a bowl and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Cover the pudding with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
