- 1/2 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 pound potatoes, diced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, buffalo sauce, 1 cup of cheese, cream, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the potatoes and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
