Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together cheese, diced bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
Place chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Make a slit in the center of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff the chicken breasts with the cheese and bell pepper mixture and use toothpicks to secure the breasts closed.
Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon, covering the slit completely. Secure the bacon with toothpicks.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
