Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup fresh kale, chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Add banana, kale, almond milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 1 minute, or until smooth.
