Ingredients
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

- 3 cups of rye flour
- 2 cups of bread flour

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the lukewarm water and active dry yeast, and stir until the yeast is dissolved.
- Add the vegetable oil, honey, salt, rye flour, bread flour, and wheat germ, and mix until all the ingredients are well-combined.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf, and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 45-60 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the bread for 40-45 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
