Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, almonds, honey, almond butter, coconut oil, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, add the dried fruit and chocolate chips and mix to combine.
- Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting into bars.
