Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Spread peaches into the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.
- In a medium bowl, combine honey, flour, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until blended.
- Sprinkle mixture over the peaches and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, oats, and walnuts. Sprinkle over the top of the pie.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the filling is bubbly.
- Cool before serving.
