Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of konbu seaweed
- 2 tablespoons of bonito flakes
Directions
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
- Add the konbu and reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes and remove the konbu.
- Add the bonito flakes, stir, and remove from heat.
- Strain the stock into a bowl or container and let cool before using.
