Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Crackers or chips, for serving

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pineapple, green onion, parsley, chives, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well blended.
  2. Form the cheese mixture into a ball and roll it in the chopped pecans.
  3. Chill the cheese ball for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Serve with crackers or chips.
