- Crackers or chips, for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pineapple, green onion, parsley, chives, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Form the cheese mixture into a ball and roll it in the chopped pecans.
- Chill the cheese ball for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
