Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, water, oil, and sugar.
  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Grease the pan with a small amount of butter or oil.
  5. Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin circle.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cooked crepes to a plate, and repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Fill each crepe with your favorite savory or sweet filling.
  10. Fold in half and serve.
