Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, water, oil, and sugar.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until fully combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Grease the pan with a small amount of butter or oil.
- Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin circle.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked crepes to a plate, and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Fill each crepe with your favorite savory or sweet filling.
- Fold in half and serve.
