Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup jelly or jam of your choice
  • 1 store-bought pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Spread the peanut butter and jelly onto the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
  3. Fold the dough over the filling and gently press the edges together to seal. Transfer the stromboli to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the top of the stromboli with the melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
