- 1 store-bought pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Spread the peanut butter and jelly onto the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
- Fold the dough over the filling and gently press the edges together to seal. Transfer the stromboli to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top of the stromboli with the melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.
