Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) jar of your favorite pasta sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of lasagna noodles
  • 1 (15 oz.) container of ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, pasta sauce, garlic salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix until ingredients are well blended.
  3. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 of the chicken mixture. Layer with half of the lasagna noodles, then spread with the ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining chicken mixture, noodles, ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
