Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 1 (28 oz.) jar of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) package of lasagna noodles
- 1 (15 oz.) container of ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) package of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, pasta sauce, garlic salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix until ingredients are well blended.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 of the chicken mixture. Layer with half of the lasagna noodles, then spread with the ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layering with remaining chicken mixture, noodles, ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
