Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 cups rhubarb, diced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Add the diced rhubarb and stir until coated.
- Pour the rhubarb mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and pecans. Mix until combined.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the rhubarb.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
- Allow to cool before serving.
