Ingredients
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Directions
- In a blender, combine the peaches, mint leaves, water, honey and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Stir in additional water, if desired.
- Chill the juice before serving.
