Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the buns in a toaster or under the broiler.
Divide the turkey mixture among the buns. Serve immediately.
