- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes, stirring to break up the meat.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toast the buns in a toaster or under the broiler.
- Divide the turkey mixture among the buns. Serve immediately.
