Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the feta, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir in the eggs, melted butter, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
Unroll the phyllo dough and place one sheet in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Brush the sheet with melted butter. Repeat this process with the remaining sheets of dough, making sure to brush each sheet with melted butter.
Spread the cheese mixture over the top of the phyllo dough. Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before serving.
