Ingredients
- 1 lb. of your favorite pasta, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
