Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, green beans, and carrots. Drizzle in olive oil, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer vegetables to a baking dish, and spread into an even layer. Bake for 25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle cheese over vegetables, and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
