Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, green beans, and carrots. Drizzle in olive oil, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer vegetables to a baking dish, and spread into an even layer. Bake for 25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle cheese over vegetables, and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
