Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, green beans, and carrots. Drizzle in olive oil, and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer vegetables to a baking dish, and spread into an even layer. Bake for 25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over vegetables, and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve warm.
