- 2 pounds chicken drumettes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, ginger, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Dredge the drumettes in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
- Fry the drumettes in batches, for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked drumettes to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce and honey.
- Return the cooked drumettes to the skillet and pour the teriyaki mixture over the drumettes. Toss to coat.
- Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the drumettes are completely coated.
- Serve immediately.
