Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the buffalo sauce mixture and stir to coat. Set aside.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix together the panko bread crumbs and flour.
  4. In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  5. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Dip the buffalo-sauce-covered chicken tenders in the panko-flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then back into the panko-flour mixture.
  7. Fry the chicken tenders in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
  8. Serve with blue-cheese dip and celery sticks.
