Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken tenders to the buffalo sauce mixture and stir to coat. Set aside.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the panko bread crumbs and flour.
- In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Dip the buffalo-sauce-covered chicken tenders in the panko-flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and then back into the panko-flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken tenders in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Serve with blue-cheese dip and celery sticks.
