Ingredients
- 3/4 cup egg whites (180 ml)
- 1/4 cup oat flour (30 g)
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (30 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (1.2 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (2.8 g)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (4.9 g)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener (13 g)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a regular-sized muffin pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together egg whites, oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and sweetener (if using).
- Add in olive oil and mix until fully combined.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin pan. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
