Ingredients

  • 1 pound corned beef, finely chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine corned beef, cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Mix until combined.
  3. Spread mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over top of the dip.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with crackers or cut vegetables.
