In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, pepper, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the top of the chicken and broccoli.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, melted butter, and bread crumbs. Mix until combined.
Spread the sour cream mixture over the top of the casserole.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
