Ingredients
- 1/2 lb of bacon, cut into small pieces
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the puff pastry into four equal-sized rectangles.
- Divide the bacon mixture into four equal parts and spread it over the puff pastry rectangles.
- Fold the puff pastry rectangles in half and press the edges to seal. Place the bacon bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
