Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of Sriracha
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, water, and Sriracha until smooth.
- Once the cauliflower is done, remove from the oven and place in a large bowl. Pour the tahini sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve warm.
