Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, water, and Sriracha until smooth.
Once the cauliflower is done, remove from the oven and place in a large bowl. Pour the tahini sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
Serve warm.
