Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of Sriracha

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and tender.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, water, and Sriracha until smooth.
  5. Once the cauliflower is done, remove from the oven and place in a large bowl. Pour the tahini sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Serve warm.
