Ingredients

  • 1 cup paneer, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cream

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions. Saute until golden brown.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook until softened.
  3. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the cubed paneer and stir to combine.
  5. Add the cream and stir to combine.
  6. Cook until the paneer is cooked through and the gravy is thick.
  7. Serve hot with roti or naan.
