Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the olive oil and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
