Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10-ounce) box frozen peas and carrots
- 1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10-ounce) can condensed milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (12-ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the peas and carrots and cook for about 5 minutes more. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, condensed milk, and cheddar cheese. Stir in the tuna.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
