- 2 tablespoons nacho cheese sauce
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 burrito-sized flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Stir to combine.
- Add the nacho cheese sauce and stir to combine.
- Add the beaten eggs and stir continuously to scramble the eggs until cooked through, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat, about 1 minute per side.
- Divide the egg mixture among the four tortillas and top each with 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up to form a burrito.
- Serve warm with desired toppings.
