Ingredients

Directions

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the white wine, thyme, marjoram, and black pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water until combined.
Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the gravy is thickened, about 3 minutes.
Serve the sausage and gravy over mashed potatoes.
